How do I track my order?

Orders are usually sent by courier. When your order is despatched we will email you and let you know the expected delivery date and tracking information, if available.

What are your delivery options?
 

We offer a flat rate standard UK delivery service at £2.50 for orders up to £70. UK Standard Delivery on orders over £70 is free. Standard delivery usually takes 3 - 5 working days. Express delivery is available for a flat rate of £7.00, usually 1 - 2 working days.

International delivery is offered at a flat rate of £25. Delivery times vary depending on location. Please contact us for additional international delivery details or an express delivery quote.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Customized or bespoke items will usually take longer to be despatched. Please see product pages for more information.

Can I order in a different size or colour?

 

Most products can be customized or made to order in different sizes, colours or patterns. If you can't find exactly what you are looking for please contact us and we will be happy to help. However please note that many items have been individually made using up-cycled materials and sometimes cannot be reproduced exactly.

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

For standard orders, in the unfortunate event that you are not happy with your order, you have 28 days to return it for exchange or refund. Please contact us for further details or to arrange a return.
